Dinner Party



The Harrises and Gerbi-McIlwains came over for
a pre-Thanksgiving dinner last night--good talk and food




and a few naps after dinner.

Tulip's Favorite Store




Now that we're back in Barrington for a few weeks, Tulip gets to go to Petco, the place with enticing smells at nose-level.




Once in the check-out line, she gets impatient for me to maneuver her large bag of dog food to the counter



because she's so eager for the many treats the sales clerks always give her (and the extra ones I pocket for the trip home).

Winterizing Chocorua


Toby and I have slightly different ideas about winterizing...



his is to install the old storm doors,




mine is to buy a new rug in cheery colors for the dining room.

After someone told her she looked like a wolf,

Addicted to Painting

Many new projects I'm working on---



Linda and I just talked--we agreed, we're addicted to painting.
There's never enough to paint.

The First Snow




which melted in almost 5 seconds---




but was enough to make us worried about our outside faucets freezing.

We spent Sunday night at Sarah and Alan's--seeing a very nice exhibit of their sculpture and photography and enjoying time together.
